SPUC pro-life chain
Apr 25 @ 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

Every year, usually to mark the anniversary of the Act’s coming into force on 27 April 1968, SPUC’s Pro-Life Chain is held across the country. The Pro-Life Chain is a continuous line of volunteers silently holding placards to the view of passing traffic.  This year, on Saturday 25 April, Edinburgh SPUC hopes to hold its biggest ever Pro-Life chain – we need your support! A group will be travelling down from St Andrews by free minibus to join the chain from 10am-1pm. If you would like to come along, please just sign up on the sheet at the back of the church or contact Becky on:  rs57@st-andrews.ac.uk or

Pilgrimage to Rome – update
Around 30 people have expressed an interest in going to Rome next year on a joint parish pilgrimage. The dates suggested were Monday 4 to Monday 11 July, which is during the school holidays. However, there are a few variables to consider within the package, such as accommodation and, perhaps, exact dates of travel. There will be an information meeting on Wednesday 27 May, 7.30pm, in Canmore after the evening Mass. Please do come along if you hope to come to Rome and every effort will be made to solidify the plans and answer any questions. If you cannot make the meeting but do hope to attend the pilgrimage please send apologies to Kate on the parish email address.
