Baptism

Please contact the Parish Priest on the birth of your baby.

Confession

Confession is available at the published times and at other times on request.

First Holy Communion and Confirmation

Children are prepared for these sacraments in conjunction with Greyfriars RC Primary School.  In other circumstances, please contact the Parish Priest.

Marriage

If you are engaged to be married please remember that you need to contact your Parish Priest before making any further arrangements, and at least six months before you intend to get married. It is normally only parishioners of St James’ or ex parishioners and ex students who get married in St James’.

Anointing of the Sick

If you, or a family member or friend, are seriously ill or about to go into hospital for major surgery, please contact Fr Michael John in order to arrange for the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick.
