Canmore

Significant renovation works are ongoing externally and internally to transform our beautiful chaplaincy building, Canmore.

The planned upgrades will see high-speed internet installed in the building to support new library and study spaces. These renovations are in addition to significant work being undertaken to wind and waterproof the property, ensuring the building remains fit for purpose for generations to come.

Thank you for your support of the Canmore Chaplaincy in St Andrews (this is part of the Archdiocese of St Andrews & Edinburgh, which is the Catholic Church in South East Scotland) – we are so grateful to have friends around the world. 

The Archdiocese of St Andrews & Edinburgh (“the Archdiocese”) is pleased to confirm that we have partnered with the Chapel & York US Foundation to accept donations for our benefit. This 
partnership allows us to save on the costs required to operate our own dedicated entity while still providing you the opportunity to support the Archdiocese with tax-effective donations in the United States, meaning your gift stretches further allowing us to accomplish even more. We remain committed to providing an easy donor experience and will continue to communicate what is happening here at The Canmore Chaplaincy.
